Are Your Shipping Rates And Policies?

customer service has received your order (by
5pm EST), it will be processed and shipped by
FedEx.
Our
shipping options for the continental USA are
as follows: FedEx overnight at a charge of $18.00
or FedEx 2 day at a charge of $14.00
Alaska,
Hawaii and US territories are shipped at $30.00.
We
will notify you if there is a problem with your
order and you will receive a confirmation email
when the product is shipped.
We must have an adult signature at time of delivery
if shipping to a residence or a place of work.
Cancellation
Policy
You may cancel your order before your order
is shipped by calling 1-877-445-1034. Our business
hours are 9:30 EST to 5:30 EST.
Do
You Ship Orders Everyday?
We
do not process orders on the weekend. If you
place an order after 5:00 pm Eastern Standard
Time on Friday, the order will be shipped on
Monday.
